The Site performs certain services exclusively for those providers who use the Alpha drug, by serving to electronically verify insurance eligibility status of the Alpha drug with payers. By using the Site, you are indicating that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal authority to accept the Terms of Use. Furthermore, by using the Site you agree to execute any and all documents that are necessary to make use of the Site, and the services offered through the Site, available to you. As the Terms of Use may be revised from time to time, you should review them periodically. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.
